I had Medina Windows install replacement windows in my house. They couldn't get to it til winter, but they cleared the snow off my front porch, then put on booties every time they entered the house. They cleaned up everything and left me with beautiful, high-quality windows at a reasonable price.

I had them replace 31 windows in my Victorian home and 8 windows in my son's Greek Revival. Their work is impeccable and thorough and they are extremely honest and very professional. The workers took time to make sure every window is perfectly seated, the trim is perfectly installed, everything is perfectly insulated and everything was meticulously cleaned up. If you call or e-mail them they will get back to you and schedule an estimate. Istallation will be 8-10 months from the estimate. After 4 months or so they will call to finalize the order, and ask for a 40% deposit. If there has been a price increase of materials they will let you know at that time. After another 4 months or so they will schedule installation. In my case the final price was exactly that of the original estimate, 8 months prior. Medina Windows offers two lines of double hung windows - a cheaper line made by them, and a more expensive line made by an out-of-town manufacturer. I ordered the cheaper line for our upstairs and the more expensive line for our downstairs. Both products offer the same glass and seem mechanically the same quality. The more expensive line is available in more colors, and also has foam-filled sash, which the cheaper line does not. The air infiltration is slightly less with the more expensive line. If another company underbids them, either their windows won't be as high quality or they will cut corners in workmanship. All 39 windows took a total of 3 days. They are genuinely nice people to work with.

It took a year to get my windows installed. definitely WORTH THE WAIT. they are very professional. Did a great job. Cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company to do your windows. So if you want your windows done . USE THIS COMPANY
